Crocheting is the New Craze⭐️!
Crocheting is the new creative craze that people have been latching onto! It has always been around, but in recent years it has become more popular. Since crocheting has been on the rise, there is a plethora of people creating more innovative pieces.
This is why we have decided to highlight “Hapipeach”. Hapipeach is an incredible Instagram creative, who loves to crochet! Her page has a feminine and nostalgic touch that we couldn’t possibly ignore! We have recently had the amazing opportunity to interview her about her passion for crocheting.

What inspired you to get into crocheting ?
Since I was in elementary school, I knew how to crochet. Although I didn’t continue to crochet because of the pandemic, I was bored and tried it again. I remember my first piece was a cat beanie and it was popular back in 2019.
What is your favorite color combo to work with when crocheting?
I love pink!! It makes me happy to create something with pink. So anything with pink is my favorite color combination.
When did you learn how to crochet?
From my grandma, she taught me how to make a scarf. Youtube also helps me with other techniques.
What do you want your audience to know about your creations?
My obsession with pink, dessert, Sofia Coppola's movies and Sanrio characters are the reasons why I create my pieces. I want my audiences to know if they like those things, I'm here for them.
Does nostalgia play a big part in creating your products?
Yes, my mother liked to put me into a dress with flowers on it and accessorized my hair with ribbon or bow. When I was younger, my parents and I often watched movies together such as “Kiki's Delivery Service”, “Doraemon”, etc. These moments influenced me to design with something that reminds me of my childhood.
You have amazing bags! How many items do you think can fit in your bags?
Thank you so much, I'm happy to hear it. I personally use my bags, they can fit quite a lot of stuff like book, journal, pens, makeup, etc.
What was the best compliment you’ve ever received from a customer?
One time, someone commented on my post by saying my account smells like strawberry whipped cream, I couldn't stop smiling. I even printed the comment. And every time people commented that I inspired them to crochet, it touched my heart.
Do you believe this will be a lifelong hobby or do you think this is a creative phase in your life?
I will always crochet. It's part of my life now and thank you for supporting me!
